Return and Refund Policy for Knights Jewellery

Return period: You may return any item purchased from our jewellery shop for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the date of purchase.

Condition of items: Items must be returned in their original condition, with all packaging and paperwork intact. Items that have been worn or damaged will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Return requirements: To return an item, you must first contact us, and send the item back to 370 Onehunga Mall, Onehunga, 1062

You can then return the item to our store or ship it back to us.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.
