Return and Refund Policy for Knights Jewellery

• Return period: You may return any item purchased from our jewellery shop for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the date of purchase.

• Condition of items: Items must be returned in their original condition, with all packaging and paperwork intact. Items that have been worn or damaged will not be accepted for return or exchange.

• Return requirements: To return an item, you must first contact us, and send the item back to 370 Onehunga Mall, Onehunga, 1062

• You can then return the item to our store or ship it back to us.

• Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.

• Exclusions: The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom-made jewellery

  • Items that have been worn or damaged

  • Items that have been lost or stolen
